Augmented Reality Chicago
Augmented Reality (AR) - What is it? What are the latest hardware and software technologies? Who's working on it? How can you use it? This group exists to bring together and strengthen the AR community in Chicago for AR demos, networking, and information sharing. Whether your an artist, designer, developer, entrepreneur, writer, student, journalist, or anyone else interested in AR - we hope to be your go-to community in Chicago.
CHIVR
CHIVR.org is dedicated to educating the community about Virtual and Augmented Reality.
We invite the community to come, ask questions and explore VR and AR with us. We meet every month and hold panel discussions, demos and networking events.
Midwest Immersive
Midwest Immersive is the midwest region's monthly Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR) and Mixed Reality (MR) speaker series.
We host speakers from all over the world, the top leaders in their fields, who provide informative and engaging presentations, in-depth panel discussions, and new product announcements to ensure the midwest is a leader within this developing ecosystem.
Our mission is to bring together all those involved with the development of technology and content for the immersive medium in the Midwest, and provide them with the community, education, and in-depth information surrounding these next generation platforms.

Founded as a community for female gamers, Sugar Gamers has evolved into a passionate organization of trend setters and communicators within the worlds of tech, fashion and gaming.
Voxelles
Voxelles is a group fostering gender diversity in the video games industry. We’re creating positive change through a variety of events, workshops, and advocacy programs.
VRARA Chicago
The global industry association for Virtual Reality & Augmented Reality, connecting leading solution providers with brands & customers.
The VR/AR Association (VRARA) is an international organization designed to foster collaboration between innovative companies and people in the VR and AR ecosystem that accelerates growth, fosters research and education, helps develop industry standards, connects member organizations and promotes the services of member companies.
VR/AR Chicago
VR/AR Chicago brings together people who are interested in working with virtual and augmented reality technology.
The group includes developers, business leaders, investors, students, and more. Many of our members are actively working with Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality technology here in Chicago - providing consulting, business development, and technology development services. What makes us different is that we are not just interested in seeing whats out there, we are actively producing, promoting, and demonstrating VR and AR technology in our businesses and community.
